The Opportunity


As a Digital Assets Crypto/Blockchain Senior Associate, you will help clients define, design, and implement digital asset capabilities across blockchain, tokenization, and tokenized money. You will support strategy development, business case and market readiness assessments, target operating model and governance design, and the technology decisions needed to move from concept to implementation.

You will work with clients from initial exploration through pilot and production, helping translate strategy into requirements, architecture, vendor decisions, and integration plans. You will also collaborate with specialists across PwC to bring together regulatory, engineering, banking, payments, and operations expertise.

Responsibilities


- Advising clients on digital asset, blockchain, tokenization, and tokenized money strategies
- Developing business cases, market readiness assessments, operating models, and governance approaches
- Translating business strategies into functional, technology, architecture, and integration requirements
- Evaluating technology platforms, vendors, and build, buy, or partner options
- Supporting digital asset solutions from concept and pilot through implementation and production
- Collaborating across PwC to deliver integrated regulatory, engineering, banking, payments, and operations solutions
- Building client relationships and developing actionable recommendations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 3 years of experience

What Sets You Apart


- Delivering digital asset, blockchain, or fintech engagements within Banking, Capital Markets, or Asset & Wealth Management
- Demonstrating knowledge of blockchain protocols, custody and wallet infrastructure, tokenization, and related operating models
- Navigating both advisory and technical conversations with clients and stakeholders
- Leading workstreams or small teams while managing senior client relationships
- Understanding digital asset regulatory, governance, risk, and control considerations
- Applying analytical rigor to develop insights and recommendations
- Communicating effectively across technical, business, and executive audiences

The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $202,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
