We boast over 300 different recipes of cookies, small pies and cakes, and other “LTO”s. The catch is we rotate only six varieties each week so customers always have a new reason to visit (and our employees always get to do something new!).

Shift Lead Position Description:
Following a 2-week training period on all-things-Crumbl, this role will be the primary manager of the store during each scheduled shift, where you will be responsible for managing each shift’s team of Bakers in exceeding Crumbl's already high minimum standards of excellence in Quality, Customer Service, and Cleanliness. You will participate in meetings, take on tasks in support of the General Manager, and be supported in learning new things, and encouraged to advance your career with us.
Responsibilities Following Training Period:
  • Perform as Manager on Duty during scheduled on-floor shifts in charge of assigning staff to their best positions for the shift, and ensuring they follow policy in all areas.
  • Be the front line in resolving customer service issues via phone, in the lobby, and online if needed.
  • Mentor and train new entry level staff
  • Mentor and train team members on The Crumbl Way
  • Coordinate and ensure scheduled dough production, dessert decoration, and baking schedules are on-track
  • Execute all Opening, Shift-Change, and Closing procedures when scheduled, including use of app for checklists
  • Participate with full management team in developing and nurturing a strong and inclusive culture of integrity, responsibility and excellence

Minimum Requirements:
  • Previous food service leadership experience
  • Availability to work some, but not all, weekend shifts (We're closed on Sundays)
  • Availability to open or close store when necessary (see hours below)
  • Willingness to attend occasional off-site sales events outside of store
  • Completion of Basic Food Handlers certificate
  • Completion of all internal training certifications within 90 days of hire
  • Comfortable with Smart Phone Apps, Spreadsheets, Email and Online Calendars
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to/from work

*Includes Guarantee Tip Minimum:
  • This role includes TIP SHARING, with a guarantee of at least $2.00 per hour on top of your base hourly pay rate.
  • Tip sharing is NOT capped, so when tips go over the minimum guarantee per hour, you earn that too
  • The minimum guaranteed tip amount is subject to change every calendar quarter

Shift Options:
  • Store hours are Monday - Thursday 8 a.m. - 10 p.m,  Friday - Saturday 8 a.m. - 11 p.m.
  • Opening or Closing shifts begin as early as 6:00 a.m. and as late as 1 hour after closing times. (You will never be scheduled to close alone.) 
  • Flexible scheduling is offered (within our minimum requirements)

Full-Time Benefits:
  • Guarantee of at least $2.00 / hour in tips for your non-training hours
