This is an entry-level, part-time position with an expected schedule of approximately 20-30 hours per week. Candidates must be available to work on Saturdays and Sundays.
Job Summary
The Bakery Team Member plays a key role in supporting the efficient daily operations of the bakery. Responsibilities include assisting with baking a variety of menu items, frosting and decorating cakes, crafting cake orders, washing dishes, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. This role reflects NbC's core values and requires a strong commitment to guest satisfaction, quality, efficiency, and teamwork.
Team Member Job Duties and Responsibilities
Learn and perform a variety of tasks including cashiering, cake crafting, frosting, dishwashing, and baking as needed.
Work Availability:
Team members must be available to work within the following hours:
  • Monday - Saturday: 7:00 AM - 7:30 PM
  • Sunday: 9:00 AM - 3:30 PM
  • Availability on weekends and holidays is required to support business needs.
