Job description


DOUGH-TO-GO, INC is a national Manufacture & Distributor of  Cookies, Bars, and other high-quality baked and unbaked goods. We are looking for an enthusiastic Entry-Level Baker to join our team and grow with us.

Key Responsibilities can include:

·        Prepare, mix, shape, and bake a variety of goods like  cookies, bars, dough, following standardized recipes.

·        Operate commercial bakery equipment, including planetary mixers, dough sheeters, and convectional ovens.

·        Maintain strict adherence to food safety, sanitation, and hygiene guidelines before, during, and after production shifts.

·        Monitor product quality, checking dates, temperatures, and consistency to ensure high standard yields.

·        Wash work surfaces; sanitize equipment, sweep/mop work areas, and proper disposal of waste at the end of shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications

·        Basic knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and temperature control standards.

·        Active Food Handler Card / Certification (or willingness to obtain within 30 days of hire).

·        Strong attention to detail, precision with weights/measures, and ability to follow recipes accurately.

·        Ability to work early morning, weekend, or holiday shifts as required by production schedules.

·        Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and regularly lift up to 50 lbs (bags of flour, sugar, and dough).

·        High school diploma or equivalent (formal culinary/baking education is a plus, but not required).
