We are hiring now for full-time Entry Level Accounting Office positions to join our team. This position will support our Accounting Department's daily operations and grow into full-time office accounting management. Workdays and hours are Monday - Friday, 8 to 5. Responsibilities:

  • Support the accounting department's daily operations
  • Reconcile multiple schedules
  • Bank reconciliation
  • Post invoices into the dealer management system
  • Accounts payable / Accounts receivable
  • Daily cash deposit
  • CC Reconciliation
  • Sales and use tax reconciliation using tntap



Requirements:

  • 2-year degree in accounting or finance required
  • Good computer/data entry, communication, and organizational skills
  • Reliable, honest, and dependable
  • Works well independently and as part of a team
  • A good work ethic and positive attitude
