Position Summary: The Logistics Specialist I provides foundational support across all logistics functions, including inventory control, shipping, parts sales, and data analysis. This entry-level role ensures aircraft parts and materials are accurately inventoried, properly stored, and efficiently processed through Dynamic Aviation's logistics systems
Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and perform cycle counts
  • Verify ERP data integrity by cross-referencing physical part information and documentation
  • Support incoming and outgoing parts transactions and stock movements
  • Properly label, package, and shelve aircraft parts to ensure compliance with quality standards
  • Prepare, process, and file required shipping or inventory documentation
  • Provide customer service and coordination support for internal and external requests
  • Assist with parts posting, requisitions, and work order support
  • Maintain warehouse organization, cleanliness, and compliance with safety procedures
  • Participate in on-call or after-hours support as needed
  • Other duties as assigned

Required Qualifications
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent
  • 0-1 years of related job experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and positively collaborate with others

Preferred Qualifications
  • Some college courses
  • Familiarity with ERP systems

Additional Requirements
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Ability to work in warehouse conditions, not temperature regulated (heat or cold)

Working Conditions
  • Monday- Friday 7 AM- 4 PM
