Job Summary:
Genesis10 is a company that offers a pathway for individuals looking to break into the tech industry. They are seeking an Entry Level Software Developer who will undergo paid training to build technical skills and gain real-world experience in software development.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Willingness to relocate anywhere in the continental United States
• Dev10 cannot provide or support any type of employment visa or work authorization paperwork, including OPT, CPT, EAD, H-1B, or TN. The only exceptions are for Asylees, Refugees, and TPS
• Bachelor’s degree
• Programming experience (minimum 6 months), shown on your resume, from academic coursework, hands-on projects, or professional work. Experience must be in one or more of the following languages: Java, Python, C, C#, C , JavaScript, R, SQL, MATLAB, Mathematica, TypeScript, Shell scripting, Go, or Kotlin.
Preferred:
• A recent STEM degree (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline)
• 12 months of professional work experience in finance, healthcare, banking, insurance, hospitality, aviation, or tech
