Job description

Entry-Level Automotive Technician

As an entry-level Automotive Technician, you will provide efficient, high-quality maintenance and repair services in our fast-paced express service department. In this role, you will ensure that our customers, regardless of ability, receive the same level of service and care. Your tasks will include performing routine vehicle maintenance, inspections, and repairs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, battery tests, and filter replacements
  • Conduct multi-point inspections and report findings to the service team
  • Maintain clean and organized service bays and tools
  • Safely drive customer and dealership vehicles in and out of service areas
  • Complete repair orders accurately and on time
  • Follow all dealership, manufacturer, and safety guidelines
  • Communicate clearly with service advisors and teammates about vehicle needs
  • Participate in on-the-job and manufacturer training

Qualifications

  • Automotive program enrollment or completion preferred
  • Prior maintenance/repair experience a plus (but not required โ€” weโ€™ll train the right person)
  • Valid driverโ€™s license with clean driving record
  • Strong work ethic and eagerness to learn
  • Basic knowledge of automotive systems helpful

Work Environment
