Job Description:
We are seeking an Automotive Validation Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the automotive industry, specifically in Infotainment Validation / Testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in validating automotive infotainment systems, testing features, and ensuring high-quality product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform validation and testing of Automotive Infotainment Systems including Radio, Navigation, Bluetooth, Connectivity, Audio, Display, and HMI features.
  • Develop, execute, and maintain test cases based on system requirements.
  • Perform functional, regression, integration, and system-level testing.
  • Identify, document, track, and verify defects using defect management tools.
  • Work closely with development teams, system engineers, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues.
  • Validate software releases and support vehicle-level testing.
  • Analyze logs, trace files, and test results for root cause analysis.
  • Ensure compliance with automotive quality standards and validation processes.
  • Participate in test planning, status reporting, and quality reviews.

Required Skills:
  • 2-3 years of experience in Automotive Validation / Testing.
  • Strong experience in Automotive Domain.
  • Mandatory hands-on experience in Infotainment Testing.
  • Good knowledge of Bluetooth, USB, CarPlay, Android Auto, Navigation, Audio systems.
  • Experience in CAN tools like CANoe / CANalyzer is preferred.
  • Knowledge of vehicle communication protocols: CAN, LIN preferred.
  • Experience with defect tracking tools such as Jira / ALM / Bugzilla.
  • Strong debugging and analytical skills.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with OEMs / Tier-1 automotive clients.
  • Exposure to Agile methodology.
  • Understanding of software validation lifecycle.
