Entry-Level Automotive Sales Consultant (No Experience Required / Paid Training)About the Role

Are you looking to break into a high-earning career but don't have direct automotive experience? Copeland Toyota is hiring! We are seeking motivated, customer-focused individuals to join our Sales team in Brockton, MA.

We don't just throw you onto the floor. We invest in your success with a structured 90-day paid training program right inside our Internet and Sales Department to teach you everything you need to know. This is an incredible opportunity for anyone looking to build a long-term career with high earning potential and massive room for growth.

Compensation & Benefits
  • $75,000 – $100,000+ annual earning potential

  • Up to $500 Sign-on Bonus ($250 after 90 days, $250 after 180 days)

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)
  • Engage with Customers Across All Channels: Work directly with customers who walk into our showroom, call in with questions, or inquire online through our website.

  • Welcome and assist guests in finding a vehicle that fits their needs and budget.

  • Build and maintain friendly, strong relationships with clients.

  • Follow up with incoming internet leads and phone inquiries using our CRM tools to schedule appointments.

  • Provide a high level of hospitality and customer service throughout the entire buying process.

  • Work collaboratively with our management team to hit monthly sales goals.

Who We Are Looking For (Requirements)
  • No automotive experience required! We will train the right person.

  • Backgrounds in retail, hospitality, restaurant service, or phone customer service are a huge plus.

  • A professional, positive, motivated, and coachable attitude.

  • Strong communication skills (both in-person and over the phone/email) and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • A valid driver’s license is required.
