  • Contribute to the development of service programming content for the program curriculum.
  • Collaborate with curriculum designers to iterate and improve course content based on learner outcomes.
  • Facilitate training in soft skills, empathy, de-escalation tactics, and customer service for Technical Trades students.
  • Engage with service stakeholders and leadership to gather feedback and strengthen program alignment.
  • Support recruitment efforts, including interview events, application reviews, and student onboarding.
  • Optimize onboarding processes and procedures in collaboration with partnering institutions.
  • Represent the Rivian Technical Trades program at workshops and speaking events to promote student engagement.
  • Stay current on EV technology advancements and integrate updates into curriculum delivery.
  • Coordinate hands-on lab sessions, ensuring proper use and maintenance of training equipment and tools.

Qualifications
  • Experience with automotive training programs.
  • A university degree or certificate in Automotive Technology is preferred, or an equivalent combination of education and professional experience.
  • Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or digital training platforms
  • Prior teaching, coaching, or mentoring experience in a technical or trades environment
  • Proactive, flexible, confident, professional, and self-directed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Thrives when working independently and contributing strongly as a member of a high-performing team.
  • Strong ability to collaborate and serve as a partner/consultant to Service Leadership and partnering Colleges.
  • Strong facilitation and interpersonal communication skills are required.
  • Friendly, approachable, and outgoing personality with a passion for motivating others.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and demonstrated confidence and professionalism.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
  • Must possess a valid driver’s license.
