Product Ambassador, Automotive Keys - Atlanta, GA

About Hillman

Hillman is expanding its Mobile Automotive Key business and is looking for energetic, customer-focused individuals to join our team as Product Ambassadors. This entry-level role is ideal for someone interested in sales, marketing, customer engagement, or the automotive industry.

As a Product Ambassador, you will represent Hillman's automotive key replacement and programming services at retail locations, community events, and dealership partners. You'll educate customers, generate leads, create excitement around our services, and support the growth of our Mobile Key Cutting Van program.

 

Position Summary

The Automotive Product Ambassador serves as the face of Hillman's Mobile Automotive Services business. This role is responsible for increasing brand awareness, engaging customers, generating sales leads, and promoting automotive key replacement solutions at locations such as The Home Depot, automotive dealerships, and community events.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to gain experience in sales, marketing, customer service, and business development while growing within a rapidly expanding business.

Typical hours are 9:00 AM–5:00 PM, Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday, with weekends required. Schedule and hours may vary based on business needs. 

 

What You'll Do

  • Promote Hillman's automotive key replacement and programming services.
  • Engage customers and educate them on available products and services.
  • Create awareness through product demonstrations and customer interactions.
  • Generate qualified sales leads for the Mobile Locksmith and Sales teams.
  • Support local events, retail promotions, and community outreach activities.
  • Build relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Assist customers with basic vehicle information gathering, including year, make, and model.
  • Represent the Hillman brand in a professional, friendly, and knowledgeable manner.
  • Provide customer feedback and market insights to leadership.
  • Help drive customer traffic and service appointments.

  • Customer service, retail, hospitality, or sales experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Energetic, outgoing, and comfortable speaking with customers.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic computer and mobile device proficiency.
  • Automotive interest or experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds as needed.
