We are seeking a motivated and career-driven In-House Recruiter to join our growing team. This role plays a critical part in sourcing, interviewing, and placing top candidates for our client base. If you enjoy fast-paced work, building relationships, and helping people find meaningful employment-this opportunity is for you.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Source candidates using job boards, internal databases, referrals, and social media
  • Screen resumes and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates' qualifications
  • Match candidates with roles that align with their skills and career goals
  • Communicate with clients to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate and client interactions in our ATS
  • Assist with onboarding tasks and ensure a positive candidate experience

Requirements:
  • 1+ years of recruiting, staffing, or related experience preferred (will consider motivated entry-level candidates)
