Job description

Job Details:

Pay is $17.05 per hour for 2nd shift and for 2nd shift there is an additional $2.00 per hour shift differential. Immediate need for 2nd Shift.

*Benefits start day of hire.

Schedule for 2nd shift is Approx: 4 PM to 1 AM depending on department.

MUST be willing to work overtime, some weekends and holidays as Production requires.

The successful candidate(s) must be willing and able to perform the physical requirements of the job with or without a reasonable accommodation.

Job Requirements:

This position is responsible for entry level non-skilled general labor while maintaining a safe work environment and adhering to Tyson policies and procedures.

These positions could work in any department of the processing facility. Some positions require the ability to push, pull, carry, or lift 50+ pounds. Jobs are fast paced and require repetitive motion. Must be able to work in damp cold or damp hot environments, use of hands and arms above shoulder level and be able to stand 8 to 10 hours a day. Must be able to climb up and down stairs to get to and from the work areas. Must wear PPE, ear protection (plugs or muffs), hair net and beard guard.

*REHIRES ARE SUBJECT TO A 1 YEAR WAIT PERIOD

365 days wait period from last termination date.

*CANDIDATES THAT HAVE WORKED FOR TYSON FOODS OR TYSON AFFILIATES 3 OR MORE TIMES WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR REHIRE.
