As a Behavior Technician, you'll work one-on-one with children diagnosed with autism and other developmental disabilities, helping them develop communication, social, behavioral, and daily living skills using Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), one of the most effective evidence-based therapies available.


No ABA experience? No problem.We provide comprehensive paid training and ongoing support from experienced Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).


What is Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)?

Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) is an evidence-based therapy that helps children with autism and other developmental disabilities build important life skills. Through engaging, individualized sessions, Behavior Technicians teach communication, social interaction, daily living, play, and coping skills while helping reduce challenging behaviors using positive reinforcement. What You'll Do

As a Behavior Technician, you will:

  • Provide one-on-one ABA therapy in clients' homes
  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by a BCBA
  • Teach communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills
  • Help reduce challenging behaviors using positive, evidence-based strategies
  • Collect accurate session data and complete clinical documentation
  • Collaborate with supervising clinicians to support client progress
  • Communicate professionally with families and caregivers
  • Attend ongoing training and team meetings

Typical Sessions:

  • 2-5 hours per session
  • Children primarily ages 3-17 years
  • Afternoon and evening schedules
