Department: Curriculum & Instruction Salary: Commensurate with experience Description:

The Curriculum and Instruction Department (CUIN) in the Collegeof Education at the University of Houston offers a broad range ofundergraduate and graduate-level courses in education acrossmultiple content areas, including science education, andoccasionally has openings for part-time Adjuncts. Interested andqualified candidates with experience in science education areinvited to apply to be considered for these temporary, part-timepositions. Adjunct appointments are made on a semester basis.

The minimum qualification of the successful candidate is a M.Ed.degree in a closely related field. A doctorate in a related fieldand relevant teaching experience are preferred.

Official transcripts are required for a faculty appointmentand will be requested upon selection of the final candidates. Allpositions at the University of Houston-System are securitysensitive and will require a criminal history check.The University of Houston System and its universities are anEqual Opportunity Institution.
