This is an entry-level role that presents the opportunity to work with senior teams at a wide range of companies – from multinational law firms and manufacturing companies to global retailers and pharmaceutical giants. Once trained, a Product Specialist will have an in-depth knowledge of the product and how it can be of benefit to lawyers. They will work closely with prospective customers during their Proof of Value (or trial) period, providing expert advice on their live projects or cases. Working alongside Account Executives, Product Specialists will help to convert prospects into customers. For existing customers, Product Specialists will assist Support and Technical Specialists to ensure a customer has a successful experience of the technology and help them to make the most of their AI technology investment.
