We are currently seeking skilled Personal Injury Attorneys to join our litigation team, as well as entry-level or newly licensed Attorneys. We provide the mentorship and resources to launch your legal career.
This position is based out of our Newport Beach office and offers the opportunity to work closely with firm leadership on complex, high-value cases. Having prior Personal Injury Law experience is a plus, but not required.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Manage a full caseload of _litigation_ personal injury matters through settlement.
* Evaluate case value, liability, and treatment to develop case strategy and maximize client recovery.
* Maintain consistent communication with clients.
* Review demand letters, settlement proposals, and related documentation.
* Collaborate with case managers, medical records teams, and supervising attorneys to ensure files progress efficiently.
* Monitor litigation progress and guide clients through the litigation process.
* Provide exceptional client service and maintain a high standard of professionalism throughout all case stages.
*Qualifications:*
* Active California Bar license in good standing.
* Exceptional communication, analytical, and research skills.
* Ability to manage deadlines in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
* Strong client service orientation and team mentality.
* Bilingual and/or multi-state licensure is a plus.
* Personal Injury or Civil Litigation experience is a plus.
*Compensation & Benefits:*
* Starting salary of $140,000+, commensurate with experience and performance.
