Job description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Entry Level Administrative Assistant to support our community management operations. This is an entry-level position, ideal for someone with strong organizational and communication skills who enjoys helping people and working in a team environment.  It will be an opportunity to grow a career in property management or administrative services. You’ll play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly by handling a range of administrative tasks and providing excellent customer service to residents and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and respond to emails professionally and promptly
  • Communicate clearly and courteously with homeowners, vendors, and team members
  • Compose and process letters, notices, and other correspondence to homeowners
  • Organize and maintain digital filing systems
  • Assist with preparing and processing mass mailings
  • Perform word processing tasks such as document formatting, editing, and proofreading
  • Input and update data using Microsoft Excel and other office software
  • Provide general office support to community managers and staff as needed
