Job Description
Entry level position responsible for assembling and final processing of manifolds
Duties and Responsibilities
The following reflects essential functions for this job but does not restrict the tasks that may be assigned. It is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as the company may deem necessary
• Work, under supervision, with team members to complete various tasks in the assembly process
• Depending on the line and the business needs, employee may prep parts, de-burr, power wash, install SAEs and expander plugs, assemble valves, test, install fittings, verify, pack for shipment
• Fill assembly orders from start to finish according to company quality standards
• Assemble per blueprints, instruction sheets, PCP's and other vital production documents
• Log assembly information on daily or weekly log sheets as required by department
• Prepare work in process for next step in production
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications
Education and Experience
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Previous manufacturing/assembly experience a plus
• Ability to function as part of a team
• Must be comfortable working with manual tools and power tools
• Basic reading and writing skills in English
• Basic math skills or ability to use a calculator
• Ability to read blueprints
• Ability to use scanners, microscopes, and various manually operated gauges by hand
• Must be able to meet quality and productivity standards
• Must be able to multi-task
Physical Requirements
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to do the following:
• Ability to stand for 8-10 hours
• Lift and move 15 - 35 pounds without assistance
• Work with parts of various sizes and weights
• Repetitive shoulder/arm/hand motion
Work Environment
• Work time is spent in a warehouse environment where temperatures are often warm or cool, depending upon the season, and noise level can be moderate to high
• Exposure to oil and water
• Exposure to machinery
• PPE required as determined by company safety standards: safety glasses, ear plugs, gloves, safety steel toe shoes

The hourly range for the position is $18.25 - $20.25 /hour.
