Legal, Ethics & Compliance AI Solution Architect

The Opportunity:

Design and implement effective AI solution architecture or strategy utilizing approaches of various AI technologies and methods to address clients' business problems and needs while complying with the organization’s strategies and business goals and key ethical considerations. Apply advanced skills, extensive technical expertise, and full industry knowledge. Develop innovative solutions to complex problems. Work without considerable direction. Mentor and may supervise team members. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

You Have:
  • Experience delivering AI, data, or automation solutions
  • Experience in legal, ethics, or compliance functions, including legal operations, regulatory and policy compliance, investigations, risk assessment, and ethics-related workflows
  • Experience working with messy, real-world data, including cleaning, transforming, and joining datasets to support application or model development
  • Experience using AI or GenAI tools such as LLM engineering to build or enhance applications
  • Ability to independently build and ship working prototypes using programming languages such as Python
  • Bachelor's degree
Nice If You Have:
  • Experience building end-to-end GenAI applications such as agents, copilots, or RAG pipelines by leveraging platforms such as Databricks
  • Experience with cloud platforms and modern AI tooling, including AWS, Azure, GCP, Databricks, LangChain, or vector databases
  • Experience identifying and mitigating AI risks in real implementations, including hallucination, security, or bias
  • Ability to operate in ambiguous environments and rapidly turn loosely defined problems into working solutions
  • Ability to assess feasibility and value, including build vs. buy decisions and business impacts such as ROI or efficiency

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $77,600.00 to $176,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
