Job description

Job Title: Entry Level Assembler

Job Description

In this role, assemblers will work from a material list to gather the correct materials and use blueprints or assembly drawings to accurately assemble products. Responsibilities also include picking and packing supplies, as well as performing repair operations. This position is set in a fast-paced environment where employees will be responsible for gathering materials, assembling products, and performing tests and inspections.

Responsibilities

  • Retrieve products off the conveyor belt and insert or adjust the lining within the product.
  • Assemble handles and pins and attach them to the product.
  • Insert foam into the product, package it, and prepare it for shipment.
  • Rotate between different sections of the assembly line to ensure a varied workday.

Essential Skills

  • Experience using hand and power tools.
  • Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
  • Strong collaboration skills.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Trade school education.
  • Automotive experience.
  • Assembly experience.
  • Ability to read blueprints.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of South Deerfield, MA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.75 - $19.75/hr.
