Job Title: Pharmacovigilance Coordinator

Location: Cambridge, MA, 02142

Duration: 6 Months +

Job Description :

  • This is an entry level role with the opportunity to learn and develop within the Pharmacovigilance team.
  • PV Coordinator supports the PV Operations group by supporting Affiliate and Distributor (A&D) and Global Case Processing (GCM) routine activities (managing documentation, maintaining contact lists, sending reminders, supporting meeting logistics, etc.), granting system access, supporting ad hoc regulatory responses (QC, archiving documents, logistical support), assisting with ongoing training, participating in QC of documents and other tasks as assigned.
  • Assists with inspection readiness by ensuring documentation is complete and archived, maintaining archive sites, and conducting other activities as assigned.


Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 6 months to one year industry experience, preferably pharmacovigilance experience.
  • Strong ability to identify, analyze, and resolve reporting issues.
  • Excellent organizational skills, including ability to prioritize work
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as a part of larger SABR Operations team
  • Ability to identify, communicate, and provide solutions for areas of improvement.

Education:

  • Bachelor's Degree in biologic or natural science.
