RESPONSIBILITIES:
Kforce's client in NYC is seeking a Part-Time Application Support Analyst to provide day-to-day support for internal users across a variety of business and financial applications. This role serves as a key point of contact for troubleshooting issues, managing support requests, and ensuring a positive user experience.
Responsibilities:
* Provide application support to internal users across multiple business systems
* Respond to and track support requests submitted via email or ticketing tools
* Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate with vendors as needed
* Assist with user access management, system questions, and technical support
* Document issues, resolutions, and support procedures
* Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Manage multiple priorities while delivering timely customer service
REQUIREMENTS:
* Experience in application support, help desk, or business systems support
* Strong problem-solving and customer service skills
* Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
* Experience supporting accounting, finance, or business applications preferred
* Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsive

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
