As an Application Engineer with VTS America, you will provide customer technical support through selection software. VTS is a global leader in HVAC Manufacturing and modular air handling units.


Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Perform unit selections, organize bid preparation documents, and ensure the accuracy of bid costing
  • Design within customer documented specifications and performance requirements and/or clearly communicate deviations
  • Engage in problem-solving by performing system analysis, interpreting data, and providing written recommendations to ensure customer operations are performing at optimal levels
  • Provide technical and product support to customers and sales managers, identifying and resolving customer challenges
  • Recommend continuous improvements and innovation that will maintain market and product leadership
