Job Description/ Responsibilities:
- Develop and configure Appian applications using Process Models (BPM), SAIL Interfaces, Records and Data Models, Business Rules and Expressions
- Implement workflows, case management, and automated processes using Appian best practices.
- Build reusable components and common utilities to improve development efficiency.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Architects to understand functional and technical requirements and translate into Appian technical designs.
- Provide input into solution design to ensure performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Develop integrations between Appian and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs. Implement data mappings, transformations, and error handling. Work with databases and external data sources as required.
- Perform unit testing and support system, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve application defects and performance issues. Ensure code quality, security, and adherence to Appian development standards.
- Support deployment activities across environments (Dev, Test, UAT, Prod).Assist with release management, regression testing, and production support.
- Maintain technical documentation for Appian applications and components. Participate in Agile ceremonies (stand‑ups, sprint planning, reviews).
