Your Role on the Floor
You are responsible for keeping our facility spotless, smelling fresh, and ensuring our boarded and hospitalized patients get first-class hospitality.
Patient Comfort & Care
  • Feeding & Exercising: Follow specific dietary instructions to feed patients, provide fresh water, and safely walk dogs in our designated outdoor areas.
  • TLC: Monitor pet behavior, comfort anxious animals, and give them the extra love and attention they need during their stay.
  • Bathing: Perform routine baths, nail trims, and coat brush-outs as needed.
Hospital Cleanliness & Operations
  • Sanitation: Deep-clean, disinfect, and maintain kennels, runs, cages, and common clinic spaces to strict medical-grade standards (keeping odors at zero!).
  • Laundry & Supplies: Manage the never-ending mountain of clinic laundry and dishes, ensuring the medical team always has clean towels, blankets, and surgical gowns.
  • Stocking: Keep clinic drawers, treatment areas, and lobbies fully stocked with necessary supplies.
  • Medical Support: Assist Technicians and Doctors with basic, low-stress animal restraint or handling when extra hands are needed.
What You Bring to the Team:
  • Experience: None required! Previous experience in a kennel, shelter, doggie daycare, or stable environment is a plus, but we will fully train you.
  • Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 40 lbs, bend, kneel, and safely handle dogs of all sizes.
  • Attitude: Reliability is key. We need someone detail-oriented, proactive, and genuinely passionate about animal welfare.
  • Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus!
  • Availability: Flexibility to work shifts that may include weekends and holidays (because pets need care every day!).
