Summary Chenega Integrated Security Solutions is looking for entry level Facilities Specialists to support a government customer in Huntsville, AL. ** This posting is for a pipeline position. We are proactively building a talent pool for future opportunities, and may not have an immediate opening at this time.

Responsibilities * Coordinates oversees and/or manages repair and maintenance work assignments performed by technicians, vendors and contractors performing building maintenance, landscaping, and janitorial work. Will seek concurrence from senior facility operations specialists to ensure services rendered are within the O&M policy. * Responsible work order submissions have been processed and ensure all work orders are completed in a timely manner.

Ensure work orders are checked monthly to verify the metrics meet our O&M parameters. Become proficient utilizing the facility integration tool for submitting service requests. Obtain monthly metrics from the program for executive reporting on service order completion rates.

* Responsible for facility inspections, to include quality assurance on preventive maintenance inspections, and reports. Report any anomalies to the Supervisory Facility Operations Specialists. * Coordinates and manages moves, additions and change activities.

Works closely with Space Management to ensure employees have designated seating. Work with senior facility operations specialists and understand the process of Space Management. * Responsible to obtain proposals from vendors for the procurement of parts, service, and labor for projects.

Once services are completed ensure invoices are accurate and paid on time. Work with senior facility operations specialists to understand the process. * Other duties as assigned Qualifications * Minimum of one year of related experience.

* Minimum of one year of completion towards associate degree. * Active TS/SCI clearance. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: * Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organizational and analytical skills. Ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers. * Ability to effectively present information.

Ability to respond effectively to sensitive issues. * Provide input for the annual budgetary formulation for your area of responsibility. * Ability to calculate intermediate figures such as percentages, discounts, and commissions.
