We're looking for experienced OR Circulating nurses who are passionate about precision, teamwork, and making a difference in surgical care!
Being an OR Nurse is one of the most rewarding careers! It's a high-energy discipline that requires both a strong understanding of interpersonal skills and technical skills. The central characteristic of perioperative care is teamwork. The surgical team must work together seamlessly to ensure patient safety and the success of the surgery.
Responsibilities include being a partner in the care management team, providing coordination and management of patient care to pediatric patients and families within a continuum of care and delegating patient activities as appropriate within a care management assignment.

  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing in order to meet the recommended entry level for a professional nurse (or equivalent academic and/or professional experience).
  • A license to practice professional nursing in the State of Wisconsin.
  • Candidates must show proof of license on or before first day of employment. Current CPR certification - Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers through American Heart or American Red Cross is required.

Hours: Two (2) 10 hour shifts per week. Must be flexible based on department needs. After 6 month orientation hours could be: 7am-5pm or 9am-7pm based on department needs.
This position also requires weekday, weekend and holiday call requirements (must be within 30 mins from the hospital).
