VOLO Beauty is a San Diego-based, family-run beauty company specializing in premium beauty accessories sold through major retailers, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels. We are building a high-performance warehouse operation focused on organization, accuracy, accountability, and operational excellence.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse & Fulfillment Manager to oversee the daily operations of our warehouse facility in Poway, CA. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for inventory management, order fulfillment accuracy, shipping/receiving, team oversight, and operational process execution.

This role oversees a multi-channel fulfillment operation servicing retail partners, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer orders with high standards for speed, organization, and accuracy.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, process-driven, and experienced managing warehouse operations in a fast-paced fulfillment environment. This is not an entry-level warehouse role — previous warehouse management and fulfillment operations experience is required.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee all day-to-day warehouse operations including receiving, storage, fulfillment, shipping, and inventory control

• Manage outbound order processing across retail, Amazon, and direct-to-consumer channels

• Ensure accuracy across all pick, pack, palletizing, shipping, labeling, and tracking workflows

• Oversee palletized retail shipments and parcel fulfillment operations

• Monitor inventory levels, conduct cycle counts, reconciliations, and inventory audits

• Train, supervise, and hold warehouse staff accountable to productivity and accuracy standards

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and SOP compliance across all operations

• Improve operational efficiency by identifying bottlenecks and implementing process improvements

• Coordinate closely with Operations leadership to ensure seamless order flow and fulfillment execution

• Assist hands-on with warehouse operations during high-volume periods when needed

Required Qualifications

• Previous Warehouse Manager, Fulfillment Manager, or warehouse operations leadership experience required

• Strong background in inventory management, shipping/receiving, and order fulfillment operations

• Experience managing ecommerce fulfillment workflows, retailer compliance requirements, and palletized outbound shipments strongly preferred

• Experience with Amazon FBA/FBM fulfillment processes preferred

• Experience using warehouse management systems (WMS), shipping platforms, inventory systems, and order management software required

• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn operational systems quickly

• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high operational accuracy

• Strong leadership, communication, and team accountability skills

• Must be comfortable working in a hands-on warehouse environment

Compensation & Benefits

• $28–$30 per hour based on experience
