Job Title: Entry Level Supply Chain Coordinator
Job Description
Serves as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts within a growing fulfillment and logistics organization that supports brands in the nutritional supplement, skincare, and consumer products industries. This role blends customer relationship management with supply chain coordination, overseeing inventory, order fulfillment, customer onboarding, and ongoing account support. It is ideal for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working directly with clients, and managing operational details across turnkey fulfillment and 3PL services throughout the supply chain process.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for a portfolio of customer accounts, building strong, long-term relationships.
- Guide new clients through the onboarding process and ensure a smooth transition into fulfillment operations.
- Manage customer orders from submission through shipment, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
- Maintain customer product catalogs by adding, removing, and updating SKUs as needed.
- Monitor inventory levels and proactively communicate replenishment needs to clients and internal teams.
- Coordinate with internal fulfillment and operations teams to ensure accurate and timely order processing.
- Investigate and resolve order, inventory, and shipment-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide exceptional customer service through email, phone, and virtual meetings, responding promptly to client inquiries.
- Generate reports and communicate account performance, inventory status, and fulfillment updates to clients on a regular basis.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records within company systems, ERP platforms, and databases.
- Collaborate closely with sales and operations to support business growth and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows and customer-facing events as needed to support relationship building and business development.
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business, Operations, or a related field, and 0-1 year of professional experience required.
- Experience supporting customers in manufacturing, distribution, or fulfillment environments is a plus.
- Recent graduates with internship, project, or academic experience in supply chain or logistics are encouraged to apply.
- Interest in developing toward an outside sales role as part of long-term career growth.
- Ability to contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on customer experience and operational efficiency.
Work Environment
This is a desk-based, onsite office position in St. Petersburg that works closely with customers, inventory teams, and fulfillment operations. The role is not a warehouse position and involves regular use of office technology, ERP systems, WMS platforms, and eCommerce tools such as Shopify and Amazon. The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and growth-oriented, with a supportive sales team and opportunities to attend trade shows and interface directly with customers. Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $60000.00/yr.
