Job description

LHH Recruitment Solutions has partnered with a growing organization. We are seeking a Catalog Specialist to support digital shelf execution across a portfolio of consumer brands and major retail platforms. This role sits within a Digital Enablement team, with close collaboration across ecommerce and sales stakeholders. The Catalog Specialist will be responsible for ensuring accurate, complete, and optimized product content across multiple retailer sites.
Catalog Specialist (Contract)
Location: Wayne, PA or Morristown, NJ (Hybrid)
Pay Rate: $30-$33/hour
Employment Type: Temporary / Contract
Key Responsibilities:
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned brand partners' ecommerce catalog and digital shelf needs
• Manage item setup, item maintenance, catalog updates, and promotions tracking across retailer platforms
• Upload and maintain product content including images, videos, and enhanced content
• Utilize digital shelf tools to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of product information
• Prioritize and execute tasks across platforms such as Amazon, Walmart, Target, and additional retailers
• Work within internal tools and portals to collect, distribute, and audit digital content
• Partner closely with internal sales and ecommerce teams to align on priorities and execution
• Collect and distribute promotional plans and key retail drive times, particularly for Amazon
• Leverage AI tools and automated workflows to improve efficiency and scalability
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Strong communication skills with the ability to engage internal and external stakeholders
• Service-oriented mindset with a focus on accuracy and execution
Relevant Experience:
• Background in Consumer Goods, Retail, and/or Ecommerce
• Experience with item setup, item maintenance, and content syndication
• Proficiency in Excel; exposure to Tableau and/or basic coding concepts is a plus
• Preferred experience with tools such as Amazon Vendor Central, Salsify, Syndigo, and Brandbank
