We are seeking a dedicated Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Dallas, TX to answer a high volume of clinic calls with professionalism while assisting patients with scheduling, account creation, and updates to insurance or demographic information. In this role, you will carefully route calls to the correct departments based on patient needs, including prescriptions, medical records, or mental health crises. The ideal candidate maintains strong attention to detail and consistently follows all HIPAA guidelines to protect patient privacy.
Requirements:
  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • Customer Service experience
  • Healthcare experience preferred
Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
