Robert Half has a client that is looking for a Webex Contact Center Systems Engineer. This position is a contract to begin but open because of a departing long term employee and has the potential to turn into an internal role. They need someone to own the administration of their Webex Contact Center tool as the primary focus and it's considered a strong bonus if you have experience with the AI agent within Contact Center. For this role to become a long-term contract opportunity, and potentially convert to an internal employee, someone who can strengthen system stability, contribute to Azure environment support and handle some Cisco Meraki support would be very helpful.

• Hands-on knowledge of Cisco Webex Contact Center administration

• Cisco Webex Contac Center AI Agent experience a strong 'nice to have'

• Azure instance build experience a bonus

• Cisco Meraki support experience a bonus

• Technologies, including networking fundamentals and firewall administration.

• Experience working with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based infrastructure components.

• Ability to troubleshoot infrastructure issues at an intermediate to advanced support level.
