Job description

Bennett Aerospace, LLC, a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC has an opening for an entry level Program Analyst-Journeyman. This position can be located in either the Aberdeen, MD area or the Ft. Belvoir, VA area.
The Program Analyst Journeyman will provide administrative and program support. The position will support travel, deployment, timekeeping, onboarding, awards, and other recurring workforce requirements. This is an entry-level position; prior experience in the field is not required.
Responsibilities
  • Prepare and process CONUS, OCONUS, and contingency-operation travel requirements through the Defense Travel System (DTS).
  • Review travel documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with current regulations and policies.
  • Prepare deployment documentation and enter personnel and travel information into Government systems, including APACS and PMM.
  • Track deploying personnel and verify completion of required deployment activities.
  • Monitor Government timecards and leave requests in the Defense Agencies Initiative Automated Time Attendance and Production System (DATAAPS).
  • Troubleshoot routine timekeeping issues and generate reports for managers and timekeepers.
  • Prepare and process new-hire in-processing forms and coordinate first-week activities.
  • Notify appropriate stakeholders of new-hire arrival dates and documentation requirements.
  • Assist with honorary, time-off, retirement, and employee recognition award packages.
  • Maintain accurate records, trackers, and status reports.

Qualifications
  • No prior experience in the field is required.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative actions accurately and within established deadlines.
  • Strong organizational, written communication, and customer-service skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work on-site and collaborate with Government personnel.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with DTS, DATAAPS, APACS, PMM, or comparable Government systems.
  • Familiarity with DoD travel, deployment, onboarding, or personnel-processing requirements.

Hiring Range for this position: $110,000 - $126,000
