Keysight is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Entry-Level Account Manager to support customer relationships and business growth throughout the Greater Toronto Area (GTA). This role is ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who have a passion for technology, customer engagement, and business development.

As an Account Manager, you will work closely with customers, sales professionals, application engineers, and business leaders to understand customer challenges and connect them with Keysight's industry-leading test and measurement solutions. You will receive training, mentorship, and hands-on experience to develop the skills needed for a successful career in technical sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the growth and management of customer accounts within the Greater Toronto Area and assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular engagement and communication.
  • Learn customers' technical and business objectives and identify opportunities to create value.
  • Assist in developing account plans and strategies to support revenue growth.
  • Participate in customer meetings, product presentations, demonstrations, and trade events.
  • Collaborate with Application Engineers and technical specialists to develop customer solutions.
  • Generate and qualify sales opportunities through customer outreach, networking, and lead follow-up activities.
  • Maintain opportunity pipelines, forecasts, and customer information within CRM systems.
  • Support contract, quotation, and proposal activities in partnership with internal teams.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Engineering, Customer Support, and Operations teams to ensure customer success.

  • Canadian Citizen with the ability to obtain Security Clearance and Controlled Goods Clearance.
  • 0-2 years of professional experience, including internships, co-op programs, technical support, engineering, business development, or customer-facing roles.
  • Strong interest in technology, sales, customer relationship management, and business development.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to learn complex technical concepts and communicate them effectively.
  • Self-motivated with a positive attitude and desire to grow within a sales organization.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel within the assigned territory.
