We seek an enthusiastic and responsible full-time recruiter to assist in recruiting and filling positions for job openings in the Richmond area.
Job Description:
As a recruiter, you will be asked to promote ServiceMaster and find quality candidates to fill our job openings for janitorial/cleaner positions. This is a part-time position - Four Hours per Day - variable daytime schedule. This position may require some flexibility for occasional job fairs.
We are looking for eager (entry-level or experienced) individuals who want to learn how to recruit for our company!
Recruiter Job Details:
  • Location: Richmond, VA
  • Pay: $16.00/hour
  • Hours: 4 Hours/Day - Monday-Thursday

Duties:
  • Advertise for job openings and job fairs
  • Screen candidates via phone, email and other means
  • Schedule/organize interviews and job fairs with managers
  • Maintain ServiceMaster presence on social media
  • Work with the Operation Managers to maintain job openings list and prioritize daily recruiting efforts
  • Assist managers with onboarding processes for new hires
  • Other office administrative duties as needed

Qualifications:
  • Reliable transportation to work
