Job Description

Comprehensive Clinical Care: Perform calculus removal, gingivitis screenings, and periodontal treatments.
Diagnostics: Utilize intraoral cameras, digital X-rays, and iTero scanners to enhance patient diagnostics.
Periodontal Therapy: Conduct scaling and root planing (SRP) using clinical discretion for visit length and frequency.
Patient Education: Act as a health counselor, providing personalized dental care education and fluoride treatment recommendations.
Technology Integration: Engage with CAD/CAM systems and advanced diagnostic tools for comprehensive patient treatment.
Documentation: Maintain meticulous patient records and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA standards.

Salary Range

Part-time $50 - $55 per hour

Saturday & Sunday: Closed

Requirements
  • Basic life support
  • Cardiopulmonary resuscitation

Licensure: Valid and current State License to practice as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH).
Certifications: Current CPR/AED and Basic Life Support certification.
Compliance: Strong understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
Communication: Exceptional interpersonal skills with an outgoing and professional demeanor.
Mindset: A team-oriented attitude with a commitment to a "patient-first" service model.

Preferences
  • iTero

Experience: While we welcome all experience levels (including entry-level), previous experience in a private practice setting is a plus.
Technical Skills: Familiarity with iTero scanners or CAD/CAM technology.
Advanced Care: Experience or interest in laser therapies and advanced periodontal screenings.
