Job Description
Clinical Excellence: Provide expert chairside assistance using four-handed dentistry techniques during various dental procedures.
Imaging & Technology: Capture and develop high-quality dental X-rays and 3D scans, adhering strictly to safety and radiation protocols.
Operatory Prep: Prepare treatment rooms with sterilized instruments and ensure all medical equipment is functioning at peak performance.
Patient Education & Support: Clearly explain procedures and post-treatment care to patients (including pediatric cases) using proper dental terminology.
Records Management: Maintain precise patient charts and medical documentation within EMR systems (Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic) while ensuring 100% HIPAA compliance.
Safety & Sterilization: Maintain rigorous infection control standards through aseptic techniques and proper disinfection procedures.
Salary Range
Full-time $17 - $20 per hour

Requirements
- Dentrix
- Eaglesoft
- Experienced Dental Assistant (1+ years)
xperience: Proven experience as a Dental Assistant in a busy clinic environment (Entry-level candidates with strong clinical training may be considered).
Technical Skills: Proficiency with Dentrix, Eaglesoft, or Epic is highly preferred.
Clinical Knowledge: Strong grasp of dental anatomy, medical coding for dental records, and HIPAA regulations.
Specialties: Experience in Pediatric Dentistry is a significant plus.
Soft Skills: Excellent patient rapport, a professional demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
