Job Summary:
Intellisoft Technologies is seeking a Senior Adobe Engineer to join Centene Corporation's Journey Management team. The role involves implementing solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics and Adobe Journey Optimizer to enhance member experience journeys and streamline operational workflows.
Responsibilities:
• Implement solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), and AEM to support the Product and Engineering Journey Management Team.
• Centene's Journey Management team is preparing to migrate Member Experience Journeys to the Adobe One tech stack throughout 2026. This includes Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), and Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
• The objective is to accelerate campaign delivery, streamline operational workflows, and ensure that journeys are consistently built, tested, and deployed at the pace required to meet evolving business and regulatory needs.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Adobe CJA.
• Build reports, data models, data views, and data visualizations.
• Writing technical specifications, system design documents, and integration guides.
• Integrating AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), data sources, and downstream systems.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, JSON, and API integration for custom journey and data workflows.
• Configure and Customize AJO HTML email templates.
• Strong experience with REST/GraphQL APIs for real-time data exchange with AJO.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP) for scalable integrations.
• AEM DAM experience and landing pages.
• Expertise in designing data flow architecture.
• Communication and interpersonal skills, team leading, managing offshore onshore model, act as liaison between business leads and tech team.
• Converting business requirements into technical requirements. Developing strategies/solutions to improve customer experience.
• Experience in AEP tools, design and developing XDM, configuring source and targets, creating customer segments, knowledge of AJO/CJA.
Qualifications:
Required:
• Proven experience in implementing solutions using Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
• Strong understanding of building reports, data models, data views, and data visualizations.
• Ability to work closely with clients to understand their business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Snowflake and AWS Glue are important.
• Designing, configuring, and maintaining CJA connections to Adobe Experience Platform datasets.
• Developing calculated metrics, derived fields, and custom dimensions for advanced analytics.
• Building and optimizing dashboards, reports, and visualizations for business users.
• Experience with cloud data ecosystems (AWS, GCP) and big data frameworks (Snowflake, Databricks, BigQuery, S3, AWS GLUE).
• Writing technical specifications, system design documents, and integration guides.
• Integrating AJO with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), data sources, and downstream systems.
