Front Desk & Administrative Assistant

TMCO is seeking a friendly, dependable, and organized Front Desk & Administrative Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for visitors and provide general administrative support throughout the company.

This entry-level role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people and is willing to jump in wherever help is needed. In addition to front desk responsibilities, this person will be a go-to resource for day-to-day tasks, errands, and administrative support across departments. The right candidate will be comfortable staying busy, handling unexpected requests, and helping keep things running smoothly.

Qualifications & Skills
  • Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with employees and visitors
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic computer skills, including email, Microsoft Office, and the ability to learn other software as needed
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize as needed
  • Self-motivated with a willingness to help wherever needed
  • Previous customer service, receptionist, or administrative experience is a plus, but not required
Job Duties
  • Answer phones, monitor email, and greet/check in visitors
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front office and conference rooms
  • Assist with facility tours and meeting setup
  • Receive and distribute mail and run errands as needed
  • Order food and assist with setup for meetings, events, and company activities
  • Create simple flyers, signs, and employee communications and update digital displays
  • Maintain employee items and inventory
  • Assist with employee birthdays, anniversaries, recognition, wellness activities, and engagement events
  • Assist with employee newsletters and internal communications
  • Help maintain employee bulletin boards and information areas
  • Provide general administrative support to HR and other departments as needed
  • Perform other miscellaneous tasks and projects to support the company
