What you will be doing as the New Account Administrative Assistant:

  • Support the Funding Manager with the timely and accurate opening of approximately 3,000 Company Product Suite reserve accounts for the Conversion Project.
  • Partners closely with the Funding Manager and other Funding Team members to prioritize account activity, coordinate document flow, maintain accurate records, and complete backlogged administrative tasks.
  • Prioritize account-opening requests based on business needs, readiness, and established deadlines.
  • Track each account through the opening process and maintain clear, current status information.
  • Coordinate the receipt, review, and routing of required documents to Authorized Signers.
  • Identify missing or incomplete information for follow up with the appropriate partners to prevent delays.
  • Complete post-opening administrative tasks, including timely and accurate updates in Vander.
  • Research and resolve outstanding Vander updates from recent account openings.
  • Escalate risks, exceptions, and processing delays to the Funding Manager.
  • Provide concise progress updates and support reporting on volume, aging, completion, and outstanding work.
  • Follow applicable procedures and protect confidential client and account information.


What you will be doing as the New Account Administrative Assistant:

  • Experience in account administration, client onboarding, or a similar high-volume environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain accuracy under deadline pressure.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn internal workflow and recordkeeping systems.
  • Sound judgment when handling confidential or sensitive information.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or relevant industry experience is preferred.
