Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Human Resources (HR) Assistant I to provide administrative support for daily HR operations. This entry-level role supports recruitment, onboarding, employee records, benefits administration, HR reporting, compliance, and employee relations while ensuring confidentiality and excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
โ€ข Support recruitment by posting jobs, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
โ€ข Assist with new hire onboarding, orientation, and employment documentation.
โ€ข Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
โ€ข Support benefits enrollment and respond to employee inquiries.
โ€ข Track employee attendance and assist with timekeeping processes.
