Job description

As a Junior Logistics Coordinator, you will provide administrative support across our daily logistics operations. You will help maintain strong relationships with logistics partners, support supplier performance tracking, keep import and export compliance documentation organized, and resolve freight billing discrepancies. This entry-level, administration-focused role is ideal for an organized communicator looking to build a foundation in global logistics, carrier management, and international trade documentation.

This role is on-site, based out of Toronto, ON.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

What We Need

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel; ERP familiarity like SAP, Oracle, or NetSuite is helpful.
