Job description

Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly sales plans based on assigned annual sales targets.

Execute sales strategies to achieve individual and team sales goals.

Maintain accurate sales forecasts and sales activity reports.

Business Development

Identify and develop new customers, business opportunities, and strategic partnerships.

Manage the complete sales cycle, including lead generation, customer inquiries, product demonstrations, solution development, quotation preparation, contract negotiation, order processing, shipment tracking, and post-sales follow-up.

Coordinate technical support, product training, and implementation activities with internal teams.

Explore and develop new applications and market opportunities for the company's products.

Customer Relationship & Channel Management

Build and maintain long-term customer relationships by providing exceptional service and support.

Coordinate with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure customer satisfaction.

Monitor accounts receivable and support timely payment collection.

Recruit, train, develop, and support distributors and channel partners.

Participate in customer events, exhibitions, and other marketing activities.

Collect and analyze market trends, industry developments, and competitor information.

Provide customer application cases, market feedback, and product insights to management.
