We are looking for a Business Process Outsourcing Staff to join our Advisory Department. As a Staff you will be responsible for: 

Responsibilities: 

  • Work one-on-one with Senior to complete engagement tasks in timely manner
  • Acquire a working knowledge of the client’s business 
  • Prepare workpapers and complete specified deliverables assigned to you 
  • Prepare financial statements, when required
  • Review balance sheet accounts and prepare reconciliations 
  • Perform daily posting of cash transactions and ensure cash reconciliations are timely 
  • Perform periodic internal audits on specific activity to ensure compliance with internal controls 
  • Interact with multiple different team members or multiple different clients 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting is required. 
  • Advanced computer skills and proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office programs with an emphasis on Excel 
  • Dedicated to superior client service 
  • Excellent time management, interpersonal, verbal and written skills 
  • Possess an ability to multitask and complete engagements within time constraints and deadlines
