Recruiter - Spanish Bilingual (Contract/Temporary)
Location: Momence, IL / Hybrid
Type: Temporary Contract (15-20 weeks)

Role Overview
The Recruiter will own and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for Operations and Production roles in response to a significant organizational hiring surge. Additionally, this role will oversee the execution of the company's internship program, fostering a positive experience for interns and the organization. This person acts as a brand ambassador in identifying and attracting top talent.
Key Responsibilities
Full-Cycle Recruiting:
  • Lead end-to-end recruitment for Operations and Production roles, from application to hire
  • Conduct intake meetings with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
  • Perform thorough resume reviews and candidate prescreens
  • Manage applicant flow and ensure accurate, timely disposition of candidates in Workday ATS
  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Deliver an exceptional candidate experience through clear communication and timely feedback
  • Utilize job boards, databases, referrals, and networking to attract a diverse candidate pool
  • Extend offers and process candidates for hire
  • Support recruiting projects and outreach programs
  • Build relationships with local colleges and universities; represent the organization at career fairs and campus events as needed

Requirements
Experience:
  • 1+ years of progressive recruiting experience - must be active in-seat recruiting (not hiring managers who occasionally interviewed)
  • Full-cycle recruiting experience required
  • High-volume recruiting background strongly preferred; light industrial/operations experience a plus
  • Prior ATS experience required - Workday preferred; Paylocity or UKG acceptable
  • College recruiting or internship program experience a plus

Skills:
  • Bilingual English/Spanish required
  • Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills
  • Exceptional organizational skills and time management with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to manage 15-25 interviews/day and ~30 open reqs simultaneously
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Results-oriented, self-motivated, and continuous improvement mindset
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or related field preferred
