firstPRO 360 is seeking an Entry Level Accounting Clerk for an immediate full time opportunity in Atlanta, GA. General duties include, but are not limited to: AP/AR overview, assisting with month-end close, bank and account reconciliations, cash management, financial statement preparation, budgeting, and vendor maintenance. Experience with Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks/NetSuite or similar accounting system is highly preferred.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
  • Examine accounting records for the entire department, checking for accuracy
  • Maintenance of the general ledger
  • Manage daily cash flow
  • Assist in handling the month-end close process
  • Reconcile bank and vendor accounts
  • Tax reporting and assistance with annual audits
