Job description

Our accounting department is growing!
We are looking for an individual wanting to learn and grow with our accounting department. Candidate must have good work ethic, a desire to learn, and good communication/computer skills. Accounting knowledge/experience is a plus, but not required. Positive attitude, however, is required.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Full accounting cycle for multiple types of properties
  • Assist Accountanting firms, banks, and other financial professionals with producing and finalizing multiple monthly financial documents
  • Communicate with Vendors, Residents, and Managers on a daily basis.
  • Work in a professional and interactive corporate office

Qualifications
  • Clear communication skills
  • Positive attitude - Lots of laughter!
  • Desire to learn new skills
  • Good computer skills with a knowledge of accepted bookkeeping and spreadsheet practices
  • Ability to work independently on assigned duties
  • Demonstrates an ability to manage a variety of priorities while meeting deadlines
