Entry Consultant

Aleysian, headquartered in Chicago, is a dynamic and innovative digital transformation consulting firm specializing in Salesforce and eCommerce solutions for the private sector and higher education. We are seeking a creative and driven Entry Consultant to join our growing team!

In this client-facing role you will assist in gathering configuration requirements from clients and collaborate with team members in designing, implementing and testing solutions for client business needs. After self-led training and on-project work, our Entry Consultant possesses broad knowledge of platforms such as Salesforce, Salsify, inriver, and Akeneo and will configure the tool in response to client needs and planned usage for the platform. Our ideal candidates are interested in learning both Salesforce and Product Information Management (PIM) platforms and able to work cross-functionally. This is a hybrid role based in our downtown Chicago office.

What You'll Do
  • Interact with clients and stakeholders to determine business requirements
  • Document a client's system specifications, understanding their work practices and the nature of their business
  • Support the configuration of the environment according to client specifications and project scope
  • Documentation and Testing of Application functionality
  • Collaborate with team members to validate that Solution meets business requirements and functions as desired by the client
  • Develop training materials for users and other consultants

Compensation & Benefits Compensation for this role is anticipated to be between $60,000 and $90,000 annually. The exact compensation offered may vary depending on individual's background, experience, location, and alignment with the needs of the position.
