We are seeking a talented and passionate Licensed Cosmetologist to work 3 days a week!  Join our dynamic team and provide salon & spa services for our senior clientele. We have 1500+ Salon & Spa locations across the US, all located within a Senior Living Environment.

Duties

  • Provide a wide range of cosmetology services which may include, but not limited to: haircuts, styling, coloring, perms, manicures, pedicures and roller sets.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and provide personalized recommendations.
  • Upsell products and services to enhance client experience and satisfaction.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area in accordance with health and safety regulations.
  • Manage social media accounts to promote services, share client transformations, and engage with the community.
  • Deliver outstanding hospitality to ensure a welcoming environment for all guests.

Experience

  • Proven experience as a Cosmetologist
  • Strong skills in guest services with an emphasis on building rapport with clients.
  • Familiarity with senior living environment, clients who have Alzheimer's, dementia and/or special needs desirable.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
